After qualifying in 1983 Valerie worked for large firms before setting up in partnership with a friend, in 1996, to run a firm based on the outskirts of Leeds. Valerie joined Fox Hayes in November 2006.
Valerie has over 20 years experience in commercial property transactions including
- Acting for clients buying selling or leasing commercial property;
- Managing clients commercial portfolios;
- Acting for clients and lenders in mortgaging commercial and residential portfolios including social housing.
Valerie also has experience in dealing with the sale and purchase of small businesses e.g. shops, dental practices, and animal kennels.
