Amanda joined the firm in October 2006. She has experience in a broad range of commercial property transactions including:-
- Commercial and residential development
- Acquisition and Disposal of commercial sites;
- Property aspects of Compulsory Purchase Orders and regeneration projects acting for the acquiring authority;
- Commercial leases and management of client's property portfolios
Amanda works alongside David Coates in relation to residential development including acquisition, site assembly and set up.
