David joined Fox Hayes in April 2006, to head up and develop our Commercial Property Department.

Shortly after qualifying as a Solicitor in 1972, David set up his own firm in Leeds, and he ran it as a boutique Commercial firm for 25 years, before merging it with one of the Leeds First Division legal practices in 1999.

David has over 30 years experience in Commercial and Property Law, and he now specialises in :
