Jessica trained with Fox Hayes and now works in the Commercial Property Department with Richard Jones.  She has gained experience of a wide range of transactions including the following:

•  Acting for a national bank in providing security to investors purchasing commercial property

•  Advising on property aspects of small business acquisitions and disposals

•  Acting for private companies, individuals and charities in all aspects of buying, selling and leasing commercial property.  She has dealt with new leases, lease renewals, surrenders and auction sale transactions.

Jessica also assists with the property aspects of business transfers for the Business Transfer Company, and she is also a member of the VIP Academy team.
