John qualified as a solicitor in 1972 and joined Fox Hayes in March 2006 as a Partner in the Corporate department.  He has acquired a wealth of experience from having been a Partner in other Leeds based commercial practices since the late 1970's.

During that time, he has dealt with a wide spectrum of commercial matters, and as a separate entity, successfully completed various management consultancy assignments.

John also acts as a non-executive director / consultant to a range of companies.

John can provide expert legal advice in areas including:-

    •    franchising
    •    hotels and licensed trade
    •    international contracts and negotiation
    •    motor trade
    •    terms of business
    •    commercial fundraising
    •    commercial property

However, John's particular skill is identifying areas within a company where there are gaps in either compliance or risk areas that can be reduced.
