Jonathan sets himself apart by finding creative and practical solutions to problems by drawing upon his commercial awareness. He acts for associations, institutions, plc’s and high net worth individuals.

Jonathan can provide early case evaluation, assess the most appropriate form of dispute resolution and provide a hands on approach throughout. He can also advise on internal dispute resolution schemes and review dispute resolution mechanisms in contracts with a view to minimising costs and disruption.

Jonathan’s expertise is in contractual disputes, particularly in the research / development and retail sectors. He is also experienced in civil fraud, defamation, licensing and professional negligence work.
