Kelly is a family law specialist and advises on all aspects of Family Law, including:

• Divorce and relationship breakdown;
• Dissolution of Civil Partnerships;
• Issues in respect of Children – including contact and residence;
• The resolution of property and financial issues;
• Separation Agreements;
• Pre-nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements;
• Emergency Injunctions.

Kelly has experience of dealing with cases in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court, High Court and the Court of Appeal.
