Nikki rejoined the firm as our Commercial Services Manager in January 2005. Previously Practice Manager with the firm, Nikki then spent 2 years working for a legal practice on the South Coast. She has 13 years marketing, and 15 years managerial experience and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing since 1995.

Nikki's responsibilities include client relationship management and database management for the firm. She also oversees the firm's new lifestyle magazine – Best Practice, together with business development & marketing activities associated with the Best Practice Concept.

Nikki also manages, and markets, ‘The Best Practice Suite' Fox Hayes' state of the art conference facility.
