Samia qualified as a solicitor in June 2007, having worked at Fox Hayes since May 2005. Prior to joining Fox Hayes, Samia worked for a firm that specialised in property work.

Samia works in our Property Transfer Company, in a team headed by Chris Cosgrave, which deals with work referred from one of the largest national referrers. She carries out work for individuals and investors who are purchasing and selling existing and new build houses and apartments, dealing with all manner of property including new builds, leasehold, shared ownership properties and Right-to-Buy transactions.
