Simon joined P.T.C. in 2000. Initially, Simon lead a team dealing with a wide range of Conveyancing work from sources throughout the UK.

Simon has now joined forces with Richard Ashford to work in unison, drawing on their joint expertise to form a team specialising in representing developers and individual investor clients in bulk off-plan sales and acquisitions.

Simon has also developed a specialist leasehold team, an area which demands particular expertise.

Simon is actively involved in maintaining P.T.C.’s position at the forefront of current Government proposals, in particular, seller’s packs and title insurance, whilst maintaining the personal service for which P.T.C. is best known.
