Family Lawyer

Fox Hayes LLP have an excellent opportunity for an experienced family lawyer to join our busy Family/Matrimonial department.  The successful candidate must have a detailed knowledge of and experience in family law (especially the law relating to divorce and ancillary relief, cohabitation/pre-nuptial agreements and private law children issues) and ideally with at least 3 years PQE in private family work.  An excellent communicator with strong advocacy skills, the ideal candidate must be committed to delivering a quality service, with an enthusiasm for business development.

The post-holder will work as part of a team in the Family Department and be responsible for their own caseload, focusing exclusively on a wide range of privately funded family law matters.
