We recruit relatively few Trainee Solicitors and, as a consequence, are very deliberate in our selection. This means you will be treated as an individual, not just another suit! You will be exposed to a wide variety of different practice areas so that together we can decide where your ambitions can best be realised.

It is a two way process, and we expect a high level of commitment from you, to help us maintain the high standards our Clients have come to expect.

On qualification, a very high proportion of our Trainees are offered permanent employment within the firm.

Personal and Academic Requirements

A good academic background is required, although we do not set rigid thresholds. We operate an equal opportunities policy. We are always interested in people who have made the best of the opportunities available to them and successful applicants do not fall into any particular "type". We have successfully recruited a significant number of mature Trainees.
