It is a two way process, and we expect a high level of commitment from you, to help us maintain the high standards our Clients have come to expect. On qualification, a very high proportion of our Trainees are offered permanent employment within the firm. Personal and Academic Requirements A good academic background is required, although we do not set rigid thresholds. We operate an equal opportunities policy. We are always interested in people who have made the best of the opportunities available to them and successful applicants do not fall into any particular "type". We have successfully recruited a significant number of mature Trainees. Teamwork and attention to detail are of utmost importance.
